London-based consultancy Equality Group, which focuses on diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the finance and technology industries, has launched its first inclusion index to rank the top 20 private equity and venture capital firms according to their diversity and inclusion efforts. Burda Principal Investments, the international growth capital arm of media and tech company Hubert Burda Media, appears in the ninth position and is the only German VC fund to be ranked amongst the top 10 companies for diversity and inclusion.
